I've spent my career doing the work that makes everything else possible: designing SOPs, managing financial operations, leading HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, administering company platforms, coordinating vendors, and driving complex cross-functional initiatives from start to finish. I built my way from Transaction Coordinator to Director of Operations by taking ownership of what needed to be done and delivering results at every stage.
I bring structure to ambiguous environments, build systems people actually trust and use, and lead with a people-first approach that balances accountability with growth. I'm also fluent in AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, and I actively use automation to work smarter.
What I'm looking for next: an operations role where I can bring this same energy to a new industry and a bigger stage.
